We will explore how you can find freedom and empowerment through movement, regardless of your body size or what the outdated industry standards might be. Come celebrate moving authentically through space with us!

A 2-hour workshop including:

-a movement workshop that explores your body and how it functions & feels in space, regardless of size

-uplifting all bodies and coming to the theatre as your authentic self

-group feedback on movement and how each system can guide us, rather than hold us back

-a discussion on how the industry sees fat actors, how we see ourselves, and how we can shift these perspectives
