This 2-hour recording will go beyond “lecture style,” and got partipants on their feet with interactive exercises and engaging discussions surrounding the topic of anti-racism efforts and how we can apply them in our artistic work. • defining and discussing racism and the four broad types that exist
• recognizing the disparity of racial diversity leadership in the arts
• self-evaluating and initiating space for personal accountability
• engaging in healthy discourse around anti-racism
